Return and Refund Policy

You can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and unused. To make a return, please contact us at the following email address: contact@madnesscuff.com

If a refund is to be made on two identical products, the refund will be applied to the item where the highest promotional code or discount was used.

Please note that shipping costs for a product return are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty Policy

The MADNESSCUFF warranty applies automatically upon purchase of our products. It covers a period of one year (1 year) from the date of purchase. However, the warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Theft or loss
• Intentional damage
• Damage resulting from unconventional use, for example, scratches, shocks, or falls
• Normal wear or aging of the materials used
• Damage caused by improper care, including exposure to water or chemicals such as perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products, which may cause discoloration.

MADNESSCUFF watches are water resistant up to 3 ATM, which means they are splash proof. However, they should not be worn when showering, bathing, swimming or diving.

Please note that signs of wear visible on the watch are considered to be effects of normal use. The effects of sweat on the bracelet may vary from person to person due to differences in acidity, and is not covered under warranty.

The warranty on jewelry only covers proven manufacturing defects. MADNESSCUFF jewelry should not be exposed to water or chemicals as this may cause discoloration.

If repairs are required during the warranty period, the shipping costs for the return of the product are the responsibility of the buyer. Furthermore, the warranty no longer applies if repair work has been carried out by a third party without our prior written permission.
